What is your MOQ?
MOQ is discussed project by project, based on product structure, tooling, material and production economics.
Do you charge for samples and development?
Sample and development costs are agreed according to the product complexity, tooling requirements and engineering workload.
What can I send for project review?
We can review physical samples, photos and common 2D or 3D engineering files. PDF, STEP/STP, DXF, DWG, image and ZIP uploads are supported; other formats can be confirmed before submission. For sample-based projects, we can reverse-engineer confirmation drawings or 3D models before tooling and production. Ownership, delivery format and usage rights for engineering files are agreed project by project.
How quickly can you develop and produce?
Suitable projects can reach a first sample within two weeks. Typical production lead time is around 20 days after approval, adjusted for product complexity and quantity.
Who owns dedicated tooling?
Customer-funded dedicated tooling belongs to the customer. We provide long-term complimentary storage, basic maintenance and an annual condition update. Any tooling-cost rebate or order-credit arrangement is discussed project by project.
Can you support certification requirements?
Yes. We can help prepare samples and documentation, coordinate third-party testing, and manufacture to confirmed requirements. Relevant certificates and reports are shared after inquiry when permitted.
How do you handle confirmed quality issues?
We investigate promptly, confirm responsibility and provide rework, replacement or another mutually agreed solution according to the issue and contract.
Can packaging be customized?
Yes. Packaging can be tailored to customer requirements, including neutral packaging, branded labels, instructions, barcodes and shipping marks. If finished artwork is not available, we can also help prepare basic label, instruction and carton layouts for customer approval.
Can we arrange a meeting or factory review?
Yes. Customers may request an on-site factory visit, supplier audit, English video meeting or virtual factory tour. The meeting platform can be arranged according to the customer's preference.
